Rewarding Day of Calls

Today was a rewarding day of calls! I spoke with five consumers who were all pleased with their experience. For the initial weeks of the launch, I have chosen to only contact consumers who chose to do a new home purchase with us. I believe this has been a smart starting place. It is much harder to provide consumers with a good experience for a new home purchase versus a refinance. Receiving feedback on a purchase loan is a much better assessment of how we are doing as a company.
