Making Your Experience More Enjoyable

Looking at today’s news, the fact that first quarter organizations are down 34% confirms my decision to launch consumer connect. The market is contracting and engaging leadership teams which will be the ones that survive and thrive. Learning from consumers what is important to them is more important than ever. Offering every product to help them with their home loan needs and alleviating the pain points in the process will ensure customers choose us again and refer friends and family.

In addition, my involvement is an opportunity to get more positive reviews, something consumers want to see more and more when choosing a company to work with. I am happy to share that we are not experiencing a drop in production but are on an upswing. Committed leadership and constant communication is at the center of our new success.

We consider our consumers a part of our team. They give us feedback, tell us what’s working, what isn’t, and in what areas we can improve our performance. We at ICG have been considering opening a consumer connect booth at this year’s FinCon in Dallas, Texas. We’re still in the planning stage for this so it’s possible that we might open our booth at next year’s FinCon instead of the one this year. We’ll just have to wait and see, so feel free to send us your thoughts on this on our communication channels.

Our goal is to make the experience more enjoyable for our consumers. We have plans to start a privately funded transit service consisting of free shuttles to our multiple locations around the country. We are currently coordinating with the Department of Transportation to acquire the essential permits necessary to launch our transit services. With some luck, we will have everything we need by the end of the year and have the ability to launch in the first quarter of 2018.

Over the past few months, we’ve been further developing our social media presence to make it easier for you to communicate with us, we are expanding our Facebook pages, Twitter accounts, and other social media channels that we currently have set up. Your opinion is very important to us which is why we’re focusing on making it as easy as possible for you to share your thoughts with us.

Consumer Connect is a project that is simply too outlandish for most companies to pursue, after all, “Why should we care what they think?,” is the attitude that most large companies take when it comes to their consumers. It’s quite the opposite here at ICG, which is why we launched this passion project. Because, we are aware of the importance of consumer feedback and their indispensable place in the business world.
