The week has begun and I am back to making my phone calls today. I find it’s harder to get consumers on the phone on Monday’s, but when I do they are more than happy to share their experience with me. I’m pleased to report all satisfied customers today. Let’s see what tomorrow has in store. Consumer Connect is worth the work. Each day brings us closer to understanding the needs of my consumers.
